Get started!

1.We did partB presentation  this week and we showed all we have done in these few weeks.  The main function of our website is searching and we have finished that already. We will focus on some optional functions in next few weeks and we made a plan for that. For part C, we will may do the street view function or distance calculation function by using google map API and some media functions.  When we finish all functions we will improve the layout and do user test again. 2.I checked the feedback from classmates and I found that we need focus on the layout, and change the background color as well. Our group discussed that and we think black is better for this website. 3. We do have some discussions about websites but we do more online but not meet face to face, because we found just chat online is quite a time saving way and convenient.

1. In our project, the minimum viable product is searching photos by clicking pins on google map, and showing information of photos to users, then sharing both old photo and user's new photo to social websites with tags. In our team , we always communicate with each other on WeChat and email. If we got challenge we will meet outside and talk about that face to face.We need list what we can do and what's hard to reach technologically, and consider if we will go ahead or not. Sometimes I gave up my idea if we all agreed other ideas are better after discussion. 2.In our team, I will do part of programing and coding tasks and try my best to coordinate members in our group to finish their own tasks. We have arranged tasks to members already and made the team plan. I am doing the beginning of program and will search how to use social websites API. For coding part ,we will do that in two parts. We did prototype this week and contact session on Tuesday is helpful for our team to improve the project. Before contact session, we would like to know how other people feel when they use our website and how long they cost to find a button. Meanwhile, we would like to know what users could response to every functionality and decide if we would drop some parts or not. We offered questionnaire for users to answer.What's more, we gave information paper to every user to fill in. During the test, we observe how long users take for every task. After the test, we asked users what on website is confusing and suggestions about every page. When we checked feedback from users, we found that most of users thinks our website is interesting and meaningful. But most of them don't want to log in and just want to browse photos, what's more, log in is hard to achieve technically. On contact session, I experienced other people

This week our team has completed the concept document production together.All members in our team were given different tasks. Each member listed what they are good at, and we all communicated our own opinions. We made plans based on the due date of the final project. Once someone has questions, we can ask questions in the WeChat group, the other members will give answers or suggestions. I felt confused at the beginning because I didn't know which color I could choose and how to make layout looks better, so I asked my teammates. After discussion, we decided background color. We would like to make a full-featured, helpful website for the users. In the course of the discussion, we gave up some parts because these were difficult to achieve technically.
