week 8

1. In our project, the minimum viable product is searching photos by clicking pins on google map, and showing information of photos to users, then sharing both old photo and user's new photo to social websites with tags. In our team , we always communicate with each other on WeChat and email. If we got challenge we will meet outside and talk about that face to face.We need list what we can do and what's hard to reach technologically, and consider if we will go ahead or not. Sometimes I gave up my idea if we all agreed other ideas are better after discussion.

2.In our team, I will do part of programing and coding tasks and try my best to coordinate members in our group to finish their own tasks. We have arranged tasks to members already and made the team plan. I am doing the beginning of program and will search how to use social websites API. For coding part ,we will do that in two parts. The first part is basic part and start from week 8 to week 10. After the mid-break, we will do optional functions and improve the program, and this second part will start from week10 to week12. We will keep focus on basic functions if we find new bug.


3. Team plan:

We will do and check our tasks every week by following this plan.
